A TUPACO Workshop, like the class, employs several diverse techniques as tools to tap into and connect the self physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Through awareness, acceptance and communication with self we strengthen, heal and grow. While a class is an ongoing discipline a workshop is a deeper experience and can be catered to a specific need, group or purpose.

- Workshops generally run two hours and are priced according to how many participants are attending.
- Prices start at $40 per person for a work-shop.
